  Mike has been asked to speak on mediation of Wage & Hour class actions for the second annual Bridgeport Wage & Hour seminar in Chicago on October 18, 2013. Bridgeport has been putting on similar seminars in California for many years, and chose last year to expand to Chicago by bringing together the leading members of plaintiff and defense bars in this growing area of practice.

  Honors & Awards  
  In January, 2013, Mike was elected to the American Law Institute (ALI). ALI is the is the leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and improve the law. It publishes the Restatements of the Law.  
  Mike was also selected for membership in the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN), an organization of selected ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution.
